Hey, I've seen a similar case where having an adblocker/antivirus enabled would block the card number field.
Just make sure both are disabled before upgrading your plan.

Your workspace subscription is currently inactive. To upgrade, you need to add a credit card as a payment method at https://railway.com/workspace/billing, then select a plan from https://railway.com/workspace/plans. Business information alone is not sufficient - a valid credit card is required to activate a paid plan.
