Hi Railway team,
I created a brand new Railway account using Lenny’s Product Pass link. The account is currently showing $5 in credits.
My understanding from Lenny’s Product Pass was that new accounts should receive $20 in credits.
Could you please confirm whether my account is eligible, and if so, when the remaining credits will be applied?
If I need to take any additional steps on my side, please let me know.

No. You're currently on the Hobby plan, which has $5 of included usage.
This means that every month, you're able to use $5 worth of Railway resources for hosting your services and applications. Once you exceed $5 worth of resources, you'll be billed for extra usages.
The "Credit Available" means you have $20 in your account. This can be used to pay for your Hobby plan, upgrade to a Pro plan, or pay for the extra resource usage.

Hi there,
The promotion code was correctly applied. You can see your credits in the Workspace -> Usage tab, and your billing status on the Workspace Settings -> Billing tab.

Okay, thank you.
In the Usage tab, what is the difference between Included Usage vs Credit Available? What is the difference between these two?
It shows Included Usage is 5$, Credit Available is 20$.
Does it mean I have 25$ worth of credit per month?
