that's almost definitely just the estimated bill, not what you'll actually pay. right after deploying, railway's estimate is super inflated because it assumes your current resource usage will continue for the whole month
give it like 3-5 days and check again - the estimate will drop significantly once railway has more data on your actual usage patterns. you're only charged for what you actually use, not the estimate
if you want peace of mind, go to account → billing and confirm it says "estimated" . also check your workspace settings → usage to see what's consuming resources
