Is there a way to pay manually? i think my website is malfunctioning due to railway. Usually, i pay and normalcy returns, but i see i can't manually do so. I have to wait till i am automatically charged. Can Railway maintain healthy service even on billing day so nothing is disrupted.

Hey, you should be able to pay your invoice manually by going to the billing page and clicking on the Pay button on the invoice in question. Railway has a grace period of 21 days before shutting down all of your services, and it will be clear when this happens as your service will have no active deployment.
If that's not the case for you, then Railway's billing has nothing to do with your service going down. I would check deployment logs or Railway notifications to understand why your service is going down. I can help you with that if you provide logs of your service.
