Your screenshot states your plan includes $20 of resources, while you have currently used $2.48 worth of resources.
The $10 limit is likely a hard limit set by you. Click the edit icon and press remove to remove the $10 limit.

I do not use AI to write any of my responses on Railway. This is the way I type to maintain formality.
And also, if you look at the screenshot you provided carefully, it literally does say you have $20 of included usage. That’s the $20 of credits you’re talking about.
