I have done so much with and released my app but then it's stopped working ie, forgot password etc. Just checked and all previous deployments seem to have been removed and I've gone back down to hobby. I understand this would be due to payment but I sincerely didn't realise. I can upgrade again on Thursday but I'm panicking that I've lost everyone. Can it be restored. I've been working in this for months

Your Hobby plan is active, all invoices are paid, and both your services (Postgres and RevalPro-Git) are showing a successful status. Your data has not been lost. Previous deployments showing as "Removed" is normal behavior - we only maintain one active deployment per service, so older ones are automatically removed when a new one goes live. If your app's forgot-password feature stopped working, that would be an application-level issue rather than a platform or billing problem.

Unless you stored your data in ephemeral containers, nothing will be removed.
Also, if your "Forgot password" feature uses SMTP, then you'll need to upgrade back to the Pro plan, as SMTP ports are only available for Pro users.
If you do not wish to upgrade to a Pro plan, you can use HTTP-compatible SMTP services, such as Resend or Mailtrap.
