Subject: Technical Issue: Unable to update code despite being outside restricted hours

Message:

"Hello,

I am writing to report an issue with my free account. I am aware of the restriction that prevents code updates between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time.

However, I am still encountering errors even outside of those restricted hours. For instance, I attempted to update the code today at 10:00 AM and again at 4:00 PM (local time), but the same problem persisted.

Could you please investigate why these errors are occurring during the allowed time slots?

Thank you for your assistance."

I am experiencing persistent issues with updating my code, even outside of the restricted hours (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM PT).

For context, I attempted to update today at 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Iraq Time), which should be within the allowed window, but the errors continued. I also noticed the platform notification regarding degraded builds.

Is my issue related to this ongoing incident, or is there something else blocking my account?

Thank you."
