Not clear how many agent changes I get per month/day under the hobby or pro plans.

Credits reset every 30 days. Total usage depends on your plan: Hobby includes 4× as many credits as Trial; Pro includes 20× as many as Hobby.
When you're close to the limit, a percentage of remaining usage is shown. Upcoming changes will make the specifications clearer!

In these AI agents, there is no specific monthly/day limits on the "agent changes" for either hobby or pro. The usage is metered by compute resources, with a $5 usage credit for Hobby and $20 usage credit for pro.

Nope, the Railway Agent in upper right. Can make infrastructure changes and push to a new branch in repo. But the credit system is unclear.
