I paid for the Pro plan a few minutes ago, but I have no access to my project under the Pro plan I paid for.

You should be able to request a refund on your pro workspace and then upgrade your hobby workspace.
See: https://railway.com/workspace/billing
There should be your 20$ entry and an option to request a refund.

Your Pro plan payment of $20 was successful and is active on your "FINANICAL SYSTEM PROTECTION" workspace, but your project ("agile-wisdom" with the "revguard" service) is in a separate Hobby workspace called "uniquepropertyinvesting-debug's Projects." To use your project under the Pro plan, you can transfer it to your Pro workspace via the project settings, or you can upgrade the Hobby workspace itself to Pro from your billing settings.

Hey, go to your project's settings, scroll down and click on transfer project to transfer it to a different workspace.
