You have two separate Pro workspaces ("danwaugh93's Projects" and "Powerline Connect"), each billed $20/month independently. The March 1 charge was for the February billing cycle of one workspace (invoice generated late February, payment processed March 1), and the two March 29 charges are the regular monthly invoices for each of your two workspaces. This is the expected billing pattern, and the same two-charge cycle is visible in prior months as well.

Can i consolidate these so I am not being charged for both?

Yes, you can transfer projects between your two workspaces and then cancel the subscription on the one you no longer need. In your project's Settings page, use the "Transfer Project" button to move projects from one workspace to the other. Once all projects are consolidated, you can cancel the empty workspace's Pro subscription from its billing settings.

Will the the project be affected at all if transferred?

There are two of us using one workspace like shown in the image attached. To have 2 people on one project, do you need your own workspace each?
