Hi!
I have a hobby plan and I am using only 2 apps hosted on railway. Why am I charged 28 dollars this month? I didn’t use that much and wanted to ask if it is a problem in your system or idk

In your plan you have a cap of a certain resources.
Think of those resources as though they are your computers specs themselves. If you try and use more then what the plan provides it is simply non existent and will not work. So "Your plan includes X and Y" means you have up to that much per service. A hard limit.
Now, for actually getting charged it's a bit different. You are charged by time of resource used (resource /s) visible on the https://railway.com/pricing page. If your service runs using 10mb of ram for a minute you are charged at 10mb*60s.
For the monthly subscription, there’s a minimum included spend. On the Hobby plan, that’s $5 per month, which covers the first $5 of usage. If you use $4 worth of RAM, you’ll still pay the $5 minimum. If you use $6 worth of RAM, you’ll pay $6 total, the $5 base plus $1 for the additional usage.

But I checked the usage of all my projects and even at summary of all projects it is not close to 27 dollars. I mean It is impossible
