my payment status shows in process but the services are stopped i want my service up and running as soon as possible

Your July invoice is open with a $5 payment currently in "processing" status, which means your bank hasn't fully cleared it yet. Some payment methods (like bank debits) can take a few hours to complete. Your workspace is active with a 3-day grace period while the payment clears, and all seven of your services are currently showing successful deployments. If you're still seeing stopped services, try refreshing your dashboard or redeploying from your workspace.

The logs look fine, and all of my services are showing as online. However, sometimes the pages take a long time to load, and in some cases, a black-and-white error page appears with a message similar to "upstream error."

Most likely root cause is request path timeout, blocked event loop/worker, or DB connection starvation
If health check is slow or DB-dependent, proxy may mark instance unhealthy and show upstream error.
if DB pool saturation do this

Reduce pool size per instance.

Add queue timeout and connection max lifetime.
