Hi,
Before upgrading to the Hobby plan today (June 18, 2026), my account was on the Trial plan and showed a remaining credit balance of $1.66.
After upgrading to Hobby and paying the $5 subscription fee, I expected to see either $6.66 ($1.66 carried over + the $5 I just paid) or simply $5.00 reflected as my available balance. Instead, the Usage page now shows "Credits Available: $3.97."
Could you please clarify where this $3.97 figure comes from, and confirm the correct credit balance on my account?

The Hobby plan includes $5 of usage credit per billing cycle, and your $3.97 balance reflects that $5 minus approximately $1.03 in resource usage consumed so far. Regarding your $1.66 trial credit, per our docs, remaining trial credit does carry over when you upgrade, but it may not be applied to your first billing cycle and will instead appear as a discount on subsequent charges once a successful payment has been processed.

Thanks for the explanation, but I'm seeing a discrepancy with what you described.
You mentioned that the $3.97 balance reflects $5.00 minus approximately $1.03 in resource usage consumed so far in this billing cycle (Jun 18 - Jul 18). However, when I check the Usage page for this exact period, my HSQE project shows "Current Cost: $0.0048" — nowhere close to $1.03.
Could you clarify where the $1.03 figure comes from, given that the actual project usage shown on my dashboard is essentially $0 (after the upgrade to hobby occured a while ago)?
