Hi, my usage bill went crazy and i didnt even used your service this whole week
it added me 10 dollar for some reason. I want you to ask to fix that, it is not what i agreed with and i havent even used your server

You are responsible for what you deploy. The terms specifically stated that users will be charged a minimum of the cost of the chosen plan + any additional resource usages.
You can set hard limits in workspace setting if you'd like, such that once that limit is reached, all services would be shut down.

Additionally, you have used Railway's service as there have been resource usages.
You can check each service's individual resource usage by clicking that button.

like i payed initially 5$ for a plan, for like a server i can use for month in my normal understanding
and it charging me 10$ now for just creating a server which i havent even used(almost)
for some reason this server was eating insane amount of memory, this whole week was active, which i never knew about before yesterday, and railway charging me for it postfactum
isnt it wrong completely?
