This might be the last straw for me. Occasional outages happen over the past few months there have been quite a few: AWS issues, Cloudflare, sometimes Railway itself. But 13 hours of being unable to deploy changes, with several client applications waiting on critical updates that have their own internal SLAs - all without an ETA or any meaningful communication about what's happening and why? That's a different story.

At this point I'm seriously considering whether we need to go back to traditional VPS hosting or start looking for alternatives. Honestly, I'm just done.
