Why do you offer a 30 day free trial along with your Free plan but after a user signed up and creates an app your offer goes down to 14 days only?
30 days or 14 days ?

Hey Carlos,
Our internal date stamp for when you signed up is 2026-07-31 22:07 UTC, and it is currently 2026-08-19 03:20 UTC, meaning it has been roughly 18 days since you started your trial. You have 12 more days remaining in your trial, or until your trial credits are depleted, whichever comes first.
Best,
Brody

The trial lasts for 30 days or until you've used up the $5.00 of credits.

When your trial ends, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan or downgrade to the Free plan at https://railway.com/workspace/plans.

My dashboard says clearly "12 days or $4.47 left", it is not showing 30 days and I started using your service just one or two days ago. !Why?

You created your account before you started using Railway’s services.

The trial starts when you create the account, not when you start using the platform.

No. I signed up and then create my first app at the same day. The system always showed 14 days remaining from the very beginning. Never showed up 30 days left.
