We're running a Telegram-based property search bot ("HelpingBot") that queries a SQLite database (currently 1.15GB, expected to grow to ~3GB) and uses Playwright/Chromium for on-demand web scraping of property listings. We're seeing roughly 100,000 searches per month, with occasional traffic bursts, and recently hit an out-of-memory crash on our current instance during startup.

We'd like guidance on the right resource configuration for stable, always-on production use — specifically around RAM (targeting 2-4GB), vCPU (1-2), and persistent volume storage (5-10GB) — and whether Pro plan usage-based pricing or a different tier better fits this workload. Happy to share more details on our current setup.
