Architecture question on using Vercel with Railway

Question for others that use the Vercel platform with railway.

What have been doing is using Claude design to make my dashboards and then feeding it into code and then having it upload to railway on both static HTML and a react app.

I'm giving up because it's simply just doesn't work. Sometimes dashboards don't update or buttons don't work or it comes out differently and just a lot of other inconsistencies and I'm just chasing my tail at this point in claude code.

For the visual layer of dashboards and executing railway functions from dashboards what is the overall best architecture.

Everything visual lives in Vercel and all the dashboards update from the postgres database in railway? I know I'm over simplifying this but is that the general direction I should be taking?

I multiple projects in railway probably close to 50 or 60 dashboards and everything has a postgres database.

Any expertise or general guidance on this would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I’d recommend migrating your services to Railway. Using Postgres on Railway with your other services on Vercel requires you to use public networking on Postgres, which can rack up egress fees pretty quickly.
