Billing Error: Unable to downgrade to $5 plan before cycle end

I am writing to report a billing error regarding the March cycle.

My account was on the $5 plan, and I attempted to downgrade/change it a day before the billing cycle ended. However, the dashboard did not allow me to complete the action because there were no funds in the account at that moment.

Now, I have been invoiced $20 for a plan and resources that I have not used at all. I want to pay the $5 corresponding to my normal usage, but the system is forcing the higher charge. I will consider changing my plan in the future, but for now, I need to stick to my usual tier.

Could you please help me resolve this situation and adjust the invoice to the correct amount?
