Build in Public $240 promotion not attaching to new Railway account

Hi Railway team,

I was approved by Build in Public for the Railway offer providing $240 credit on the Hobby plan for 1 year ($20 monthly credits for 12 months).

I used the unique redemption link provided on my approved Build in Public deal page:

I created a completely new Railway account directly through that link. After the signup completed, Railway redirected me to /dashboard, which removed the referral parameter from the visible URL.

I then added my payment card and billing address.

However, under Workspace Settings → Plans, I do not see any promotion name or Build in Public credit offer. I only see the standard Trial showing 30 days / $5 credit, and Hobby is offered at the normal $5 price.

Railway's credit documentation says that the promotion name should appear on the Plans page if the promotion applies.

Could you please check whether referral code RLWY-SECRET_BYNK9 was successfully attached to my new Railway account/workspace before I upgrade to Hobby?

I have not completed the Hobby subscription payment yet because I want to confirm the promotion is correctly attached first.
