Current: Been in QUEUED for several hours, never started

This is the THIRD time this has happened (June 26, July 16, now July 30).

Previous support response on June 26 said this was a known incident on your build machines.

Status page shows "Fully Operational" but the queue is clearly dead.

Build is not progressing at all. Need immediate investigation and queue restart.
