Subject: Critical: Cannot modify services - stuck at max limits (8/8)

Problem:
I cannot modify or delete services in my project. This is blocking all development.

Issues:
1. Redis-cache service
   - Offline 3+ hours
   - Cannot delete
   - Cannot modify settings

2. Ollama service
   - Memory limit stuck at 8GB (trying to change to 2GB for 10 days)
   - Cannot delete
   - Cannot modify settings

3. Project is at maximum capacity (8/8 vCPU and Memory)
   - Cannot add new services
   - Cannot change existing configurations
   - Stuck in this state

Project: WebCraft
Environment: production

This is blocking all work. Please help urgently.
