Cannot upgrade to hobby due to payment error

Dear Railway Support Team,

I am trying to upgrade my Railway workspace from the Trial plan to the Hobby plan for my production application deployment.

However, I am facing payment-related issues during the subscription process.

Issues observed:

  • “Failed to fetch” error while subscribing to the Hobby plan
  • Payment authorization appears to fail during processing

Additional details:

  • The card is enabled for international and online transactions
  • I am using a Visa debit card
  • Railway dashboard also displayed a temporary “Service Disruption” notification during the process

Because of this issue, I am currently unable to complete the upgrade and continue uninterrupted hosting for my application.

Kindly help investigate the issue and assist in rectifying the payment/subscription problem so that I can successfully upgrade to the Hobby plan and complete the payment.
