Hello, I would like to ask for some clarification. I am currently developing on the free plan, but it shows that I have exceeded usage and there is a charge of $0.16. I have not switched to a paid plan yet, so I would like to understand exactly which resource or metric I have exceeded.

I would appreciate it if you could explain this in detail, step by step. Railway is a platform I really like, and it is clear that I will become a long-term user. However, before moving to a paid plan or going production-ready, I would like to make full use of the free plan.

Right now, I cannot identify which specific usage metric is causing the charges, so I would be grateful for your guidance.
