I am currently on the Hobby ($5 minimum usage) plan and would like clarification regarding the billing structure.

From my understanding, the plan requires a minimum monthly charge of $5, which acts as usage credit for that billing cycle. I would like to confirm the following:

1. If my total usage for the month is less than $5 (for example, $0.30), will I still be charged the full $5?

2. Does any unused portion of the $5 minimum carry forward to the next billing cycle?

3. If my usage exceeds $5, is the additional amount automatically charged to my card?

4. Is the $5 charged at the beginning of each billing cycle automatically?

I want to ensure I clearly understand how the minimum commitment and usage billing work.
