Could railway charge your DebitCard without notifying you?

I was on free plan so far but added my Debit card so i can start using the tool once and build what I was building.

This if from my previous usage which was on free trial and as of now i don't want my card to be charged, and there's no option to remove it?
Could you anyone help me removing my debit card from the account?

I don’t see any way to implement usage limits or cutoffs in the billing area, neither an option to remove my payment card. The latter is common practice with hosting companies like Railway since they need to be able to charge you if you do go over your monthly credit.
