Hi, my custom domain certificate has been stuck at
CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for over 24 hours.

The DNS record shows DNS_RECORD_STATUS_PROPAGATED in your API
(CNAME www -> a9jo6ku9.up.railway.app, matches the required value exactly).
I have already deleted and recreated the domain 3 times; each attempt gets
stuck at the same status. External checks are all clean: letsdebug.net
reports ok:true for the domain, no CAA restrictions, no DNSSEC issues,
no IPv6 problems.
Could you check what is blocking certificate issuance on your side? Thanks!

You need to add a TXT record at _railway-verify.www.bidarch.com. You can get the content for it from the verificationToken property under status.
