Hello Railway Support,

I committed new code to my GitHub branch, but the deployment on Railway never started. I also attempted a manual redeploy multiple times, and the platform still failed to deploy the service.

This is a critical production issue that is directly impacting my business operations and development workflow. The platform instability is causing downtime, delays, and operational risks for my project.

I expect an urgent investigation and resolution for this catastrophic deployment failure. Additionally, due to the impact caused by these repeated instabilities, I request a service credit or compensation for the disruption experienced.

If these deployment reliability issues continue and are not resolved properly, I will be forced to migrate my infrastructure to a competing platform that can provide stable and reliable deployments.

Please provide an immediate update regarding this issue.
