Deployments stuck on "Taking a snapshot of the code" - Cannot cancel or remove

Multiple deployments are stuck in "Initializing" state at "Taking a snapshot of the code" for 15+ minutes.

  - Cannot click "Remove" or "Stop" on stuck deployments - buttons unresponsive

  - Tried railway redeploy via CLI - new deployment also gets stuck

  - Tried railway up --detach - same issue

  - Have 3 deployments all stuck in INITIALIZING state

Setup: NestJS app in monorepo, us-west1 region

Last successful deployment is still running, but cannot deploy new code.

Is there a known infrastructure issue or way to force-cancel stuck deployments?

spoke too soon. all the old stale builds cleared out but it pulled from Github and is stuck building again. looks to be stuck on uploading snapshot

It's just not allowing me to push new deployments from github and when I push from the railway CLI with railway up it still gets stuck

Hey, the incident has been resolved and you should be able to re-deploy again by hitting CTRL + K and selecting "Deploy Latest Commit." If you have any issues, please feel free to open another help thread! Thanks for your patience.
