Subject: Trial showing maxed out - New account with $5 credit still available
Hello Railway Support,
I created my Railway account on [DATE - jo aaj ka hai wo dal dena]. I have not deployed anything yet. My dashboard shows:
- Trial is "maxed out"
- Credits used: $0.00
- Credits available: $5.00
- Trial days: Still have many days left
I cannot create a new project or deploy any service because of this[citation:2][citation:5].
I understand there was a GCP outage on May 19[citation:4][citation:6]. My account is new and I want to test Railway for my Telegram bot. Please check if my account is incorrectly marked as limited trial or maxed out[citation:3][citation:4].
