We experienced a major outage on 31st October for an application hosted on Railway. This disruption had a significant impact on our users and operations, and has understandably shaken our confidence in the platform.
While we understand that incidents can happen, we would like to request clarity on the following:
Root cause of the outage
Resolution steps taken
Preventive measures planned to ensure such incidents do not recur and affect end users

Fortunately, there was no outage at Railway on October 31st!
