Hello, I used the $5 trial about a month ago and have been using it normally. Today it expired, but I’m not being moved to the free plan. I’m not receiving the $1 monthly credit from the free plan, and I’m unable to deploy any of my projects—it tells me that I need to pay.

According to the documentation, after the trial ends, the account should automatically switch to the free plan with $1 monthly credit. However, this is not happening in my case.

What can I do to get access to the free plan and the $1 monthly credit again?
