GitHub auto-deploy stuck on old commit — "repo not found" / "auto deploy unavailable" after full App reinstall

Service is frozen on an old commit and won't pick up new pushes. Source shows branch main connected but the branch field reads "GitHub repo not found," and Settings shows "Auto deploy unavailable." I've already: fully uninstalled + reinstalled the Railway GitHub App (All repositories), disconnected/reconnected the source, and confirmed my Railway account's linked GitHub is azrlb with admin on the repo. Empty commits and redeploy --from-source still build old code — looks like a stale installation_id on your backend.

▎ - Project: LivingApp-Platform (97a44a19-b738-459c-b7fb-f59857fe2022)

▎ - Service: flowincash · Environment: production (63890fe9-8f37-45cd-acca-7a540ebabd18)

▎ - Repo: azrlb/accountible-app · Branch: main

▎ - Commit not deploying: 67cc0f77 (also 797891eb), pushed ~2026-07-16/17 UTC

▎ - Ask: please clear the stale GitHub installation reference so main deploys the current HEAD.
