Hi everyone,
I wanted to check if anyone else has noticed a recent change in the Railway Deploy Logs viewer.
Previously:
- Deploy Logs would automatically open near the latest log entries.
- Older logs loaded automatically while scrolling.
- Live logs started streaming almost immediately.
Now, I'm consistently seeing different behaviour:
- Every time I open Deploy Logs, they start from the same historical timestamp instead of the latest logs.
- It takes some time before the viewer catches up to the current live logs.
- Older logs no longer load automatically; I have to click "Load more" manually.
- This is happening across all of my Railway projects, not just one.
- I tested on multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.), and the behaviour is identical.
My services are healthy and logs are being generated normally, so this doesn't appear to be an application issue.
Has anyone else noticed this recently?
Thanks

This isn't on your end. The deploy logs viewer behavior you're describing - starting from a historical timestamp, requiring manual "Load more" clicks, and delayed live streaming - is a dashboard-side regression affecting multiple users. There's nothing to change in your projects or browser to work around it.
As a temporary workaround, you can use the Railway CLI to tail live logs directly via railway logs.
