Hi,
I have a Postgres database deployed from the Railway Postgres template in us-east4-eqdc4a. I've enabled Daily, Weekly, and Monthly scheduled volume backups, but the "Enable PITR" button is not appearing in the Backups tab as documented.
- Postgres version: 17
- Plan: PRO
- Scheduled backups: Enabled (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Issue: No "Point-in-time recovery is off" banner or "Enable PITR" button visible
Can you help me enable PITR on this database?
Project ID: d89b2c9a-ee33-4393-ab6f-638b6f7b4022

Try connect it to ghcr.io/railwayapp-templates/postgres-ssl:17 (since your postgres version is 17), Do you have pgBouncer enabled? If you have it enabled, the PITR will be visible in the Backups tab on the Database group

You can enable it using railway cli instead: https://docs.railway.com/cli/postgres#enable-or-disable-pitr
