Hi, I have been using Railway for a while. 20 days ago I deployed an app. Everything was working fine. However suddenly from yesterday (March 5th 2026, Railway went through an outage), the services are facing very high latency.

Requesting our deployed base url is giving huge latency, even after the outage resolved. I tried to re-deploy / re-start the app, but no changes. Requesting to go through these changes and let us know, how to resolve this.
