Hello Railway Support,

We are experiencing issues with inviting users to a project workspace:

• When sending an invite, I receive a flash message:

  “Problem processing request”

• If I refresh the page, the user appears with status Pending.

• When the invited user clicks the email link to join, they receive this error:

  “Failed to accept invitation for project: [Project ID/Name Redacted]”

• If I refresh again, the user does show up under the project. However, they report that the workspace is not appearing in their project dropdown list, so they cannot access it.

Summary of symptoms:

1. Inviter gets error when sending invite.

2. Invitees get error when accepting invite.

3. Refresh temporarily resolves the error (user appears under project), but project workspace is missing from their dropdown.

Could you please investigate what might be causing this issue and help us resolve it?
