Hey, Railway probably isn’t the right platform for this use case.
Their current Acceptable Use Policy does not allow running proxy or
anonymization services, including personal VPN/proxy servers. Railway staff
also recently confirmed that Xray/V2Ray-style services for bypassing
censorship are not permitted.
I wouldn’t deploy this here because it could lead to the workspace being
restricted. You’ll need to use a provider that specifically allows personal
VPN hosting or a purpose-built VPN service.

Railway is not intended to be used as a VPN, proxy, or censorship-bypass service.
If you are trying to host an app on Railway and it is blocked from your country, explain what app you are deploying
and what error you see. People can help with normal deployment/networking issues.
But if the goal is to create a bypass/proxy configuration, that is probably outside Railway support and may also
violate platform terms or local laws.
