Hi, is vpn usage like wireguard shadowsocks allowed on railway.also is the free credit provided only for one time use or does it reset monthly.also pricing page says

Up to 0.5 GB RAM, 1 vCPU per service
0.5 GB of volume storage
A bit confused here. What is 1$ monthly for is it for 1 CPU and ram usage machine or for what does it charge.i can't find detail info about machine specs and pricing like digital ocean do.

The Free plan provides users with $1 every month to spend on services on Railway.
The pricing plan states that each service can use up to 1 vCPU and 0.5 GB of ram.

I believe it is technically allowed as long as you don't do anything illegal with it (e.g. download torrents), but note that the Railway IPs will be flagged as datacentres so some sites may block you from visiting/give you tougher CAPTCHAs

This is the general guidance that we have in terms of usage. Try not to run afoul of U.S. laws (which we abide by) and you should be okay. That said, with public network traffic, you will pay for that, which might come at a cost with the VPN.
