I see that Config as Code is deprecated and will be retired soon in favor of Infrastructure as Code. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing an equivalent for the following two options that are available in Config as Code today:

• watchPatterns — This is currently preventing things like a one-line CSS commit from rebuilding and restarting all of my services.
• dockerfilePath — The docs describe a service source as a repo or an image, but every server I'm using builds one of several Dockerfiles from a workspace root that has to stay /.

I'm using a monorepo, which is why I am leverage these options today. Can someone help point me in the right direction?
