One of my Django services started showing intermittent p95/p99 spikes of 20-30 seconds around April 30. CPU is near zero during spikes, memory stable, database in same region. Server-side timing logs show no slow requests. the delay appears to be in the routing layer. My other Railway services in the same region are unaffected.

some more context: the Response Time spikes correlate with Request Error Rate spikes reaching ~80%. This suggests the proxy layer is timing out before requests reach my application, which also explains why server-side timing logs show no slow requests. They never arrive.
