Subject: Railway PostgreSQL Connection Issue

Hello Railway Support,

On June 19, 2026, around 11:16 UTC, our application experienced PostgreSQL connection failures.

Errors included:

postgres-7erl.railway.internal:5432 - Connection timed out

and:

switchback.proxy.rlwy.net:43117 - Server closed the connection unexpectedly

This caused several API requests to fail and Gunicorn workers to time out and restart.

Could you please check whether there was a PostgreSQL, networking, or proxy issue affecting our project at that time?
