Monitor App Errors?

How do I set up a monitor to email me when there is an error in my app?

This document suggests there should be an option in 3 dot icon in the Observability section, but I don't see this as an option on any of the widgets.

what kind of errors are you talking about .... also those 3 dot thing is available on pro plans only not HOBBY plan

Go to your workspace settings and you'll be able to configure your notification rules from there.
