Hi I have made payments twice for hobby plans and yet my service is still suspended, whats going on

i have not had any outstanding month of unpaid usage when my previous month expired i was immediately cuttof yet i saw a bill of 11.63, all my services where taken offline for 1 week. I have made payment now and this payment has not yet reflected. I am waiting i need my services back online ASAP.

P.S i see a "free" label on my account i was taken off the free trial months ago and have been paying for renewals more than 3 months now. why is my account labelled expired free trial?
