Hello Railway Team and Community,

I am requesting your help regarding multiple Railway projects associated with my accounts that have recently been closed/deactivated.

I was using these projects for different web applications and websites. As far as I know, I have not intentionally violated Railway's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other platform rules.

Because several projects were closed, I am concerned that they may have been reported or flagged due to a complaint made by someone who was not authorized to act on behalf of these projects. I do not know the exact reason for the closures because I have not received enough information to understand what specific violation, if any, caused the action.

I would sincerely request the Railway team to manually review these projects and the associated accounts again. Please check the project activity, deployment history, logs, ownership information, and any complaint/report associated with them.

These projects belong to different accounts/email addresses that I manage or have authorization to use.

What I am requesting

Could someone from the Railway team please:

Review the closure reason for each of the projects listed above.

Confirm whether the projects were closed because of a report, complaint, automated detection, or another policy issue.

If a complaint or abuse report was submitted, please verify that the complaint was legitimate and related to an actual policy violation.

Check whether the projects were incorrectly flagged or closed due to an unauthorized or inaccurate complaint.

Review the ownership and account associations for these projects.

Let me know exactly what needs to be changed or corrected, if anything.

Reactivate the projects if the review confirms that they do not violate Railway policies.

I fully understand that Railway has to enforce its policies and protect the platform. I am not asking for an exception to the rules. I am simply asking for a fair manual review because I believe these projects may have been closed incorrectly.

If there is a genuine policy violation associated with any project, please let me know the specific project, relevant policy section, and the issue that needs to be resolved. I am willing to correct anything that is actually against the rules.

However, if there is no valid violation, I would greatly appreciate it if the affected projects could be reactivated as soon as possible, since their closure has disrupted multiple websites and applications.

I can provide additional information, ownership confirmation, deployment details, or any other information required to verify these projects.

Thank you for taking the time to review this matter.

I would really appreciate a detailed response explaining the reason for the closures and the steps required to restore the projects.

Thank you.
