I want to state clearly and honestly: I have never engaged in carding, stolen payment methods, crypto mining, or any abuse of your platform.

What I was using Railway for: I am an independent solo developer building GetSrcCode A Soruce Code Marketplace, a Source Codes Marketplace For Developers There They Ka Sell Her Codes — . I purchased a domain and hosting for it after saving up for two years. The deployment is a standard [Node.js / Next.js / Python] web app with a [Postgres/Redis] database — no mining, no proxying, no bulk email, no scraping.

Possible reason for the automated flag: 

I signed up recently and made payments from a new account, which may have looked unusual.I was connected through a mobile network / VPN, so my IP location may have appeared inconsistent.My first deployment created repeated build failures / high resource usage while I was debugging.I do not know the reason, and I would sincerely appreciate being told what triggered it so I can correct it.If I unknowingly violated any part of your Terms of Service, please tell me exactly what it was — I will fix it immediately and comply fully going forward. I am also willing to complete any KYC or identity verification step you require.

This project is my full-time work and my only source of income potential, so losing the deployment and the data would be a serious setback for me. I am not asking for special treatment — only for a human to look at my payment records and see that I am a real, paying, good-faith customer.
