I'm based in Senegal and don't have access to a traditional credit or debit card — only prepaid cards (Visa/Mastercard) are commonly available here through local mobile money providers (Wave, Orange Money, Djamo, etc.). Every prepaid card I've tried has been rejected when trying to subscribe to the Hobby plan, with the error "Prepaid cards can't be used for subscriptions."

Despite the subscription failing, my card was still debited 582 FCFA (approximately $1) and the plan was never activated. Could you please refund this amount if possible?

I'd like to continue using Railway for my project (FightUniverse), but I have no way to add a traditional credit card. Do you have any alternative payment options for users in my situation — for example, PayPal, or another way to activate a paid plan?
