Hello Railway Team,
My workspace "endearing-laughter" has been restricted with the message "Your workspace has been restricted. You cannot create new resources."
I am on the $5 plan (not Hobby).
The restriction started right after I added a Web Terminal service (Debian 13 Web Terminal) inside my GGE-BOT project to manage the database. I have since removed the terminal service, but the restriction is still active and my GGE-BOT service is offline.
Please lift the workspace restriction so I can run my bot again.

Unfortunately, workspace restrictions on paid plans are final and cannot be manually removed. Your only option at this point is to cancel your subscription from your workspace billing page: https://railway.com/workspace/billing
