container egress completely broken. Cannot reach Cloudflare API OR Supabase pooler from this container. All outbound TCP times out at 10–30s. Tested with multiple endpoints across different cloud providers — all fail.

reffered to past discussion to disable and re-enable static ip and it worked again. I hope railway prevents issue like this in the future.
