URGENT — production outage. Our Postgres instance (acela.proxy.rlwy.net:12442, database "railway") rejects ALL authentication as "postgres" with "password authentication failed for user postgres" — including from your own Console's built-in psql tool, with zero credentials entered by us. We tried: copying the password shown in Variables tab, regenerating the password via the UI, restarting the service, running ALTER USER directly via Console, and running CREATE USER to make a brand new role — all four attempts failed with the identical authentication error, even though we never typed a password for the CREATE USER attempt itself (Console connects automatically). This points to the postgres role being locked, corrupted, or desynced at the platform/infra level on your end. This is actively blocking real users from logging into our production app right now. Please escalate.
